Arts entrepreneur and venture capitalist Toni Sikes will be a featured speaker during the first gathering of the “Arts Enterprise” class for Spring 2012. Sikes he was the founder and CEO of Guild.com, a pioneer e-commerce and catalog company, as a way of bringing artists’ work directly to consumers; today, it operates under the consumer brand of Artful Home.

She also started The Guild Publishing Company, a directory publishing business. Sikes has served on the boards of multiple companies and organizations in the technology industry.

Toni Sikes now serves as a General Partner at Calumet Venture Fund, a firm dedicated to finding and growing the next generation of high-growth technology companies in the Midwest.
