Benjamin Zander, a well-known conductor and speaker in leadership, gave this amazing TED talk in 2008. He believed that nobody is tone-deaf and everybody could come to love and understand classical music. In this talk he led people into the world of classical music by telling a story through a prelude by Chopin. Audiences followed his idea not only through the emotional narrative music, but also by his creative and persuasive speach making method full of humor. Just watch this. It’s inspiring in so many ways.
“It’s one of the characteristics of a leader that he not doubt for one moment the capacity of the people he’s leading to realize whatever he’s dreaming.” (Benjamin Zander)
